Privacy Notice

Effective October 17, 2026.

Phone calls

Calls to the number on this site go to the contractor. This site doesn't record calls. If call tracking is ever added, this notice will say so before it starts, and will explain what is recorded.

The quote form

If you use the quote form on the contact page, it collects your name, the project address, your phone number, your email address, any project details you type, and any photos or PDFs you attach (up to 10 MB in total). We send all of it, attachments included, by email to a local fence contractor that serves this area so it can contact you about your project. By submitting, you agree a local fence contractor may contact you about your project.

This website doesn't keep a copy of your submission after it is emailed. The form is handled by Cloudflare, which hosts this site. Your connection's IP address is used briefly, in memory, to limit repeated submissions and block spam, and is not saved with your request. Once the contractor receives the email, it handles it as its own customer contact. To have a submission deleted, email contact@eastalabamafence.com.

This website

There are no accounts and no advertising or analytics trackers. Apart from the quote form, pages are plain static files.

What we don't do

We don't sell or rent caller or form details, and we don't send marketing text messages.
